Refund Policy
Applicable: For all present students and for all future admissions / with effect from 01.04.2025
Objective: To provide the details of the points that a student should consider if he / she is evaluating a decision to withdraw from the course
Terms and Conditions for refund / withdrawal from the course:
- Eligibility for Refund / Refund window: Candidates may request a refund of fees paid within 7 calendar days from the official class start date. After this 7-day period, no refund requests will be accepted for any reason, except in cases where the candidate is not accepted into the course (see Clause 2).
- Non-Acceptance into the Course: If a candidate is not accepted into the course, any course fee paid (including instalments) will be refunded in full, regardless of the payment plan chosen.
- Non-Refundable Fees After 7 Days: All course fees become non-refundable after the 7 day refund period. This includes fees paid in full or by instalment. Candidates should Candidates consider their commitment carefully before proceeding with enrolment.
- Instalment Payment Obligations: Candidates who opt to pay in instalments must adhere to the scheduled payment plan. Withdrawal or failure to continue the course does not relieve the candidate of the obligation to pay any remaining balance.
- Fee Clearance Before Enrolment Closure: All fees including outstanding instalments must be paid in full before the official closure of enrolment. The institution reserves the right to withhold academic services, certificates, or transcripts until all dues are cleared. Upon withdrawal, the candidate’s access to all academic platforms, classes, and services will be discontinued. Certificates, transcripts, or official documents will not be issued unless all dues are cleared.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds outside the standard policy or credit toward a future course may only be considered in genuine medical or personal emergencies and require formal application with supporting documentation. Such requests are subject to review and final decision by the institution. Administrative fees and other costs incurred by the Institution in connection with the student enrolment is non-refundable in such cases.
- Application fees of USD 100 or the application fee prevalent at the time of application is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If you are being sponsored by a company, organization, or charitable trust, you must provide us with a sponsor letter (financial guarantee) before or when you register, otherwise you will be deemed a self-funded student responsible for paying your fees.
- The tuition fees are fixed for the entire duration of the course as mentioned on the admission confirmation letter and will become due and payable upon acceptance of this offer letter. The instalment payment pattern is only for the facilitation of fee payment and the outstanding instalment amount cannot be considered as the only amount due.
- Candidates who wish to withdraw from their course must submit a formal written request. Verbal or informal communications will not be accepted as official withdrawal.
Acknowledgment: By enrolling in a program at BIGNxt or an associated institution of BIG Education, the candidate confirms understanding and acceptance of the above Refund Policy. All the other terms and conditions of BIGNxt, BIG Education and the respective university / institute of higher education shall apply.
